Bowman Rebecchi is delighted to confirm a new tenant has been secured for two new-build industrial units at Bogston Lane in Greenock.

The two units were recently constructed following a successful Planning Application by Rebecchi Architectural to Inverclyde Council.

Built on the former car park for the estate, the development is the latest investment by the Dalglen property portfolio, owned by Sandy and James Easdale.

Constructed with steel frames and clad with metal sheeting on the roof, the smart units include roller shutter doors and concrete floors.

Located adjacent to the A8, the popular industrial estate includes The Pet Shop Postie and Continential Garage, as well as Travis Perkins.
