Beauty Salon Plan For Greenock Town Centre Office

Permission is being sought to turn empty Greenock town centre offices into a beauty salon.

A change-of-use application has been submitted for premises on the second floor of 13B William Street, at Cathcart Square.

The property was sold by Bowman Rebecchi earlier this year.

It involves three office rooms formerly used by accountants Murray and Henderson, who announced their relocation to Kempock Street in Gourock in January 2023.

The proposal is pending consideration by Inverclyde Council planners.
