Kathleen Docherty - Bowman Rebecchi Office Manager
Kathleen is our Office Manager at Bowman Rebecchi, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Residential Letting and Estate Agency businesses.
Kathleen has previously worked for British Airways as well as Slater Hogg and Castle Estates, before joining Bowman Rebecchi following its acquisition of the latter in 2021.
A dedicated volunteer, Kathleen is a Cub Scout Leader for the 32nd Scouts in Greenock.
A fitness fanatic, Kathleen can often be found along the Inverclyde coast enjoying our beautiful waters.

Lorna Rebecchi - Rebecchi Architectural Office Manager
Lorna started her career working for IBM for 17 years before taking a break to start a family and concentrate on being a Mum and is now a proud Grandmother.
Lorna was approached by Marco in 2014 and given the opportunity to become part of Rebecchi Architectural, becoming involved in the administrative side of the business and being responsible for the day-to-day running of the office.
In her spare time, Lorna spends time with her friends and family in England as well as cooking and walking.

Paula Hepburn - Repairs and Inventory
A firm client favourite, Paula manages our repairs and inventories for our residential and factoring businesses, usually being the first point of contact for contractors, tenants, and owners when needing a repair.
Paula enjoys solving all issues with urgency and ensuring all of our properties are well looked after.
A well respected member of our team, Paula lives in Greenock with her partner and two children.

Katy Stummer - Viewings and Inspections
Katy manages our inspections and viewings for our residential properties, supporting the business and our landlords.
Katy ensures all of the properties we manage are maintained by our tenants and meet our high standards of upkeep and cleanliness.
One of our longest-serving members of staff, Katy also supports the changeovers at Harbour Lets (Gourock) and enjoys liaising with our guests.
A keen walker, Katy enjoys trekking across new sites around the globe.

Rhys Elliott - Marketing Executive
Rhys joined Bowman Rebecchi in 2021 initially as part of the UK Government’s Kickstart Scheme supporting our Letting’s software upgrade.
Rhys has since developed into a key team component, supporting a wide range of marketing activities across all business activities.
In 2024 Rhys completed his marketing apprenticeship, supported by Inverclyde Council, and is a dedicated and talented member of the team.

Ryan Kelly - Part II Qualified Architectural Assistant
Having been interested in pursuing a career in architecture from a young age, Ryan recently graduated from the Mackintosh School of Architecture in Glasgow.
Ryan took the opportunity to work as part of the team at Rebecchi Architectural during his studies which has allowed him to broaden his current skill set and knowledge within the field and provide his own personal approach to creative architectural design.
After working on a wide range of projects, Ryan has greatly enjoyed collaborating with clients, and producing quality drawings and 3D visualisations.
In his spare time, Ryan runs a successful YouTube channel with varied and entertaining content.

Tom Semple - Interior Architectural Assistant
Tom lives in Gourock and studied Interior Architecture at West College Scotland and graduated from this course with an A at the HND level in 2020.
During his final year at college, Tom took part in a course-wide competition for Keppie, in which he designed a studio for the well-known artist, Norman Edgar, and achieved 2nd place.
Since graduating, Tom has taken up freelance design and supports the business with a variety of design projects including kitchens and living areas.
Tom is passionate about creating a vision of what the interior of homes can look like with realistic renders which support the design process.
In his spare time, Tom likes to play football and nights out with friends.

Serena McGraddie - Architectural Assistant
Passionate about both Architectural and Interior Design, Serena finds it fulfilling being able to make clients’ dreams become a reality.
Thrilled to be part of the team, Serena is keen to expand her knowledge and experience with Rebecchi Architectural.
Serena graduated from West College Scotland in 2020 with an HND in Interior Architecture and design and has experience in passive house construction and sustainable design.
Serena is studying towards a degree in Architectural Technology.
In her spare time, Serena enjoys going on adventures with her daughter and spending time with family and friends.

Megan Doherty - Factoring Executive
Megan is our new Factoring Executive at Bowman Rebecchi, overseeing the ongoing operations of our growing Property Management and Factoring Businesses.
Megan previously worked for Morison Walker for more than 10 years, moving through different roles within the company, and gaining knowledge on all aspects of Property Factoring Business.
Having settled quickly, we are delighted to welcome Megan with her experience and knowledge to the team.

Luca Rebecchi - Work Experience
Luca is working with our Architectural Services team as part of his studies at Clydeview Academy.
With a keen interest in design, the S6 student is enjoying his time learning from the team as he develops his skills up to June 2025.

Calum McBeth - Intern
Calum joined us in June 2024 as part of the Career Ready Internship Programme.
The programme supports young people transitioning from S5 into S6 with a paid month-long internship alongside 18 months of mentoring support from the business.
Now in its fourth year, the Home of Property launched its programme in 2021.
The programme is run In collaboration with Port Glasgow and St Stephen’s High Schools and Career Ready, which supports over 1,200 young people through a targeted programme of paid internships, mentoring, workplace visits, and skills masterclasses.

Luna is our much-loved Cockapoo who supports the team on a day-to-day basis with her infectious energy and curiosity.
Often seen roaming Kempock Street, Luna loves Peter Rabbit and chasing her tennis ball while welcoming clients into the office.

Andrew Bowman - Director
Andrew is a co-founder of Bowman Rebecchi, overseeing the day-to-day operation of our Commercial business while supporting all the operational elements of the overall business.
A Glasgow Caledonian University Alumni, Andrew started his career at Zurich Insurance, growing to a strategic leadership role with Zurich Municipal in London, before returning to Greenock to become Head of Business Development at local regeneration body, Riverside Inverclyde.
Andrew left RI to set up his consultancy, ARB Growth before merging with Rebecchi Letting in 2020 to create Bowman Rebecchi.
Andrew is a Trustee of the Inverclyde Community Fund, a former Chair of the Developing the Young Workforce (DYW) West region and a previous Director of Inverclyde Chamber of Commerce.
Born in London, Andrew is a passionate Arsenal fan and lives in Greenock with his wife and three children.

Marco Rebecchi - Director
Marco is a co-founder of Bowman Rebecchi, overseeing the business development of the various property arms.
In 2013, Marco established Rebecchi Architectural which has grown to be one of the most exciting architectural design practices in Scotland, delivering fresh, innovative, and engaging designs for a wide range of clients.
The business offers a full or partial design service, specialising in domestic projects but including commercial and industrial properties across the west of Scotland.
Marco started his career at renowned Greenock architectural firm, Canata and Seggie and spent over twenty years with the firm before setting up RA.
In Marco’s spare time, he is a Trustee of Ardgowan Hospice, a compassionate place of care for people living in Inverclyde who have been diagnosed with life-limiting illnesses.
