Bowman Rebecchi Recognised By MSPs In Scottish Parliament Motion
Members of the Scottish Parliament from the main parties have congratulated the ongoing work of Bowman Rebecchi.
MSPs from the SNP and Conservatives supported a motion tabled by SNP politician Stuart McMillan, congratulating Bowman Rebecchi on being named the second most active single branch agency for industrial property in Scotland.
The Parliament recognised the considerable achievement for the size of the area that Bowman Rebecchi covers.
Bowman Rebecchi’s award was based on the number of deals completed in 2021, with the business improving on its previous fourth-place ranking in 2020.
The impressive position for the Gourock-based Commercial Property firm was based on a detailed analysis of deals that property information and marketing provider, CoStar collects each month.
East Kilbride agency, Rosslyn Property was named as the most active single branch agent, with Smart & Co (Perth) named third, Dundee-based Westport property fourth and FG Burnett (Aberdeen) completing the top five.
Mr McMillan, who represents Greenock & Inverclyde put the motion forward earlier in 2022 and wished the firm all the best for the future.
The motion was supported by the following MSPs - Karen Adam, Clare Adamson, Jeremy Balfour, Colin Beattie, Miles Briggs, Stephanie Callaghan, Annabelle Ewing, Pam Gosal, Emma Harper, Bill Kidd, Ruth Maguire, Gillian Martin, Marie McNair, Audrey Nicoll and David Torrance.
