Inverclyde Market Update – March 2024
Bowman Rebecchi is delighted to share Inverclyde’s latest residential property market statistics for March 2024.
Activity in March largely remained similar to the numbers seen in February, with only slight increases to new listings, sales agreed and available properties.
The average time on market has been on an upward trend since December and is at its highest since we began recording Inverclyde market data in 2022 which could be a result of increasing mortgage rates.
The average property price in Inverclyde reached above £160k for the first time since April 2023.
