Inverclyde Market Update – November 2023

Bowman Rebecchi is delighted to share Inverclyde’s latest residential property market statistics for November 2023.

November saw a return to normal levels after a quiet month in October.

New listings, sales agreed, and available properties all saw an increase.

The number of available properties in Inverclyde reached over 300 for the first time since June.

The number of price reductions stayed the same as October at 26.

The average price dropped by £4.5K.
