After an exceptionally busy month in July, the market saw a decrease in activity back to average numbers in August.

The number of sales agreed decreased by 10 after a high record of 103 in July.

The number of available properties fell by 7 after a record high in July.

The average time on market fell by a further 2 days, indicating positive movement within the property market.

After a sharp dip in the average selling price in July, it increased this month by 4k.
