Short-Term Let Plan For Former West End Offices

Planners are being asked to agree to proposals to convert office premises in Greenock into serviced accommodation.

Borland Property has applied to turn the first floor and attic at 20A Union Street into six units for short-term lets.

The offices in the C-listed building were formerly occupied by legal firm Blair & Bryden and were sold by Bowman Rebecchi in 2023.

The application is pending consideration by Inverclyde Council officials.

Borland Property made a similar application in June 2023 but later withdrew it.
