Emergency legislation to freeze most rents until the end of March 2023 has been passed by the Scottish Parliament.

Scotland's First Minister, Nicola Sturgeon, has announced that emergency legislation will be brought forward to freeze rents and establish a moratorium on evictions over winter for both the private rented and social sectors.
