Property prices in Inverclyde rose by just 1.3% over the past year, adding £1,400 to the typical home, according to our August 2024 House Price Index.

The area is significantly ahead of the UK average where prices have risen by 0.7% since August 2023.

The typical Inverclyde home is now worth £106,400, less than half the UK average house price of £267,100.

Over the past month, prices in Inverclyde have slipped. But looking back over the last five years, the average property value has grown by 21.5%.
